Terms of Use

Zinvol S.A. de C.V., with registered address at Insurgentes Sur 601, 18-117, Col. Nápoles, Benito Juárez, CDMX, México,, hereinafter “the Company,” makes available to the users of its website https://devsite.pro, the following Terms and Conditions (hereinafter “the Terms”), which govern the use of the website and the contracting of our services.

1. Acceptance of the Terms. By accessing and using this website (hereinafter, “the Site”), the user (hereinafter, “the User”) accepts and agrees to comply with the terms and conditions established in this document. If the User does not agree with these terms, they must refrain from using the Site.
2. Ownership of the Site and Content. The Site is the property of the Company, and all rights to the content of the Site, including but not limited to texts, graphics, logos, images, audios, and videos, are the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors. The User agrees not to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the content without the express authorization of the Company.
3. Permitted Use. The User agrees to use the Site in accordance with the law, this agreement, and the principles of good faith. The User agrees not to use the Site to carry out illegal, fraudulent activities, or those that violate intellectual property rights or any other rights of third parties.
4. Registration and Access to the Site. In the event that it is required to create an account to access certain services of the Site, the User must create it by providing truthful and updated information. The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and password and agrees to notify the Company immediately in the event of any unauthorized use of their account.  
5. Services. The Company offers, among others, web design and development services. The detailed description of the services can be found in the corresponding section of the Site.
6. User Responsibilities. The User is solely responsible for the use they make of the Site and the services they acquire through it. The User agrees to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information for the proper provision of the services and to comply with payment obligations and other conditions associated with the contracted services.
7. Intellectual Property. The User declares that they own or have the necessary rights to all materials, content, or elements provided to the Company for the development of the contracted services, and that said materials do not infringe intellectual property rights, copyrights, trademarks, patents, or other property rights of third parties.
8. Modifications. The Company reserves the right to modify, at any time and without prior notice, these terms and conditions, as well as the content and services offered on the Site. The User will be notified of the changes through the Site, and continued use of the Site implies acceptance of said changes.
9. Limitation of Liability. The Company will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that may arise from the use or inability to use the Site or the services provided, including, but not limited to, loss of profits or business interruption.
10. Confidentiality. Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any information that has been designated as confidential during the use of the services.
11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction. This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute arising from the interpretation or execution of these terms shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Mexico City, Mexico.
